Welcome to Crimes In Progress, the home of my personal writing projects over the years and updated irregularly.

For now, I'll slowly be changing this site to support my latest endeavors, whatever they may be.

In the mean time, read some of my historical work that goes back to an ancient era, like 2010.

Here are some favorite quotes:

Going to trial with a lawyer who considers your whole life-style a crime in progress is not a happy prospect.

- Hunter S. Thompson

He has all the virtues I dislike and none of the vices I admire.

- Sir Winston Churchill

Unprovided with original learning, unformed in the habits of thinking, unskilled in the arts of composition, I resolved to write a book.

- Edward Gibbon, author, The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire

The Woodsman: Oh joy! Rapture! I got a brain! How can I ever thank you enough?

The Wizard of Oz: You can't.

- The Wizard of Oz
